What is e-top up ?
E-top up is when you reload your pre-paid mobile without the need of a pin or a scratch card. It is available online upon paying for the reload value. Your mobile get the requisite topup from the service provider.
Do you provide Payment facility for postpaid customers?
Bill payment is not available on JomTopUp.

Can I edit my personal information?
Yes, you can. You can login to your account at any point in time and edit any of the information in the personal details section. You can also change your email id and password.
Do I need to fill my full address details?
It is mandatory for every registered user to provide details like full address, name and mobile number .Rest assured these details are highly confidential and stored in a very secure manner in our database. Your account security is our top concern and priority.
I don’t remember my password. How do I proceed?
On the Login page, there is a “Forget Password” link. Please click on the same and enter your registered email id. A mail will be sent to you instantly with your login details.
I can’t login to my account?
If you are facing difficulty in logging into your account, it could be due to the following reasons:
Check the email id and password entered by you. It could be wrong. Your account must have been deactivated if you have not given correct name & address details. Your dynamic ip might have been blocked by our system. Kindly logout of your broadband connection and re-login. There must be a blank space in your email id or password field.
Can I check the status of all my transactions in my account?
In order to know the status of your transaction kindly log in to your account and click on the Transaction History tab. In this panel you can check the status of each and every successful as well as unsuccessful transactions with details as to why your transactions failed..
Top Up
How do I top up my pre-paid mobile/DTH/Data Card service?
In order to reload your pre-paid mobile, you need to register with JomTopUp first. Registration is a simple process, you just need to fill a small form providing us with your name, address, contact number and email-id. As soon as you have successfully completed this procedure, you can proceed to add and reload your pre-paid mobile.
How soon can i top up again once a top up fails at the service provider end?
If your top up fails at a service provider end for any reasons whatsoever, we request you to wait for 5 mins before attempting to top up again with the same mobile number and the same amount. You could top up successfully for a different reload denomination. Please wait for 31 mins before attempting to top up again.
Transactions
I did a successful transaction, my card was charged/ banking account debited, but I got an “Invalid Transaction” status. Why did that happen?
You will get “Invalid Transaction” error for the following reasons:
1. Mobile number is incorrect.
2. If you have recently ported and the change has not happened in the database of the service provider.
3. The service provider is temporarily unavailable for some technical error.
My Transaction status is showing “In Process”. Am I supposed to wait till I get a topup? What does that mean?
When a transaction is “In Process”, we request you to wait for some time for the status of the transaction. Transactions sometimes go “In Process” when there is some connectivity issue either with the payment gateway/bank or the service provider’s servers.
What happens after a transaction is successful?
You will get a transaction successful SMS with details of your topup.
What happens if i do not receive a top up or confirmation SMS?
Once your transaction is successful and you do not receive a top up or confirmation sms, please check your account balance ie., talk time/viewing limit of your mobile service. Please contact us through the contact us page with the details of mobile number, top up amount & the transaction id and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
